Study Centre

The TGSE Study Centre provides personalised, high-quality, flexible education by using a modern approach to learning, using international curricula in an optimal learning environment.

Each student works at their own pace and has their own study plan. Students are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their own development and are fully supervised and supported by qualified Academic Facilitators who guide and aid their learning.

We cater for students from grades 4 to 12, with a low student / tutor ratio.

Quality Education

We offer academic management and a student-led classroom environment, supporting Cambridge, CAPS and GED curriculum options through our partner providers. We also play a supportive role for parents in this journey.

We provide an environment where students have an appropriate balance of supervised self-study, guided learning, and specialist tutoring. Our staff of full-time educators supervise the classroom environment and facilitate the learning process. We compliment the full-time staff with specialist online tutors to assist the learners in all subjects.

As with mainstream schooling, students are required to spend additional time learning at home. We are open from Monday to Friday (8.00 – 14.00) following a four-cycle yearly calendar. If the students are on track with their academics, they can take Friday off.

Our providers include: Learning.Support (Cambridge – Year 7 – AS Levels), Impaq (South African CAPS curriculum) and Essential Education (American GED system).
